Want To Train With Me?

Ready to embrace your new happy and healthy life, but not really sure where to start? Been at it for awhile and looking to switch things up a bit?

Hiring a personal trainer can seem a bit daunting at first; there’s a pretty big investment involved. It’s the first step in really committing to your newfound fitness goals. It involves you being open and honest with not only yourself, but another human being. And of course, there’s the cost.

But with investment comes reward. As your personal trainer I will guide you along your evolutionary path, taking your goals into consideration and tailoring programs and lifestyle changes specifically to YOU. You won’t get that from a commercialized workout program. I do my very best to understand you and where you’re coming from. After all, I’ve struggled too.

I’m a BCRPA Personal Trainer that specializes in helping women realize and embrace their true strength and potential. I want to help you boost your confidence and find the motivation to live a strong, balanced, and active life. Entering the gym for the first time or going on your first run can be scary, but I believe that if you have a strong support group and your own personal cheerleader the experience can be made enjoyable.

I aim to build lasting relationships with my clients so you can feel comfortable asking me questions, telling me what you like and don’t like, and even just telling me about something awesome that happened during your day.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter fitness programs and I am confident that my exercise history combined with my ever-expanding knowledge will allow me to devise a unique program that will help you achieve your goals safely and efficiently. I want you to succeed!
